Exactly! And ppl won’t even give it a chance because of sheer blind nostalgia, like okay the original ghostbusters was god but it’s not the fucking magnum opus people, at least give it a chance first

It’s actually fine to not like something due to pure nostalgia. In fact it’s fine to not want to give something a chance because you like the original better or because of nostalgia. What’s not fine is everyone getting fucking pissed at each other over a movie. It’s just a movie.
