Sleep paralysis is the worst. This one time there was this man in black at the end of my bed with this knight helmet on but had a black veil over his face. It was so intense that I felt a pain in my stomach that I thought he was causing. Worst experience with sleep paralysis ever.
oh god it sucks doesn’t it? I’ve had it for about three years now, one of my worst experiences is when i could see this thing that looked like the woman in black just staring at me from the end of my bed for what felt like hours ugh
